24/25 Gingivectomy

 
 
Simple surgery gives 15-year-old more confidence.
 
Before: Note pedunculated gingiva approximating teeth #24, 25.  


After: Excess tissue removed with electrosurgery.  No bleeding due to vessel cauterization.
